THE MALOBA FOUNDATION
Protecting wildlife. Empowering people. Restoring the wild.
THE MALOBA FOUNDATION
The Maloba Foundation exists to ensure that conservation creates lasting value, not only for the land and wildlife, but for the people who protect it. By supporting staff, uplifting surrounding communities and funding long-term ecological restoration, the Foundation extends Maloba’s impact far beyond the boundaries of the reserve.
Conservation, at Maloba, is shared responsibility.
PEOPLE, WILDLIFE & LAND
At the heart of the Foundation is a simple belief: conservation succeeds when people thrive.
We invest directly in the wellbeing and security of our staff through comprehensive health coverage, pension and financial security, disability and life insurance, daily meals sourced from our Farm & Gardens, and regular moments of connection through quarterly staff gatherings. By protecting our people, we empower them to protect wildlife every day.
Your support also contributes to restoring the land itself. Funding enables the removal of invasive species, recovery of soil health and the reintroduction of native vegetation, essential steps toward a resilient, self-sustaining ecosystem.
Wildlife protection remains central to our mission. Through anti-poaching operations, veterinary care, rhino GPS replacements, buffalo ear-tag removals and continuous wildlife monitoring, we safeguard vulnerable species using both hands-on expertise and modern technology.
